I had a wonderful experience with Malcolm Cunningham Collision Center! Nathaniel Collins took amazing care of us from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the repair process by calling to explain what was happening with my car, which gave me so much peace of mind. The repairs were done perfectly, and my car looks great! On top of that, they went above and beyond by returning my rental car for me since we were short on time. That level of customer service meant so much and made the whole process so much less stressful. Nathaniel was professional, kind, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Malcolm Cunningham Collision Center, and if you get the chance to work with Nathaniel Collins, you’ll be in great hands!

Service was great. We were on the road from MS when I lost power to my truck. They got it in and fixed it the same day and I was back on the road. They were very nice and help with our needs while we waited. Hold have asked for better service
